Mirror Glaze Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup water
2/3 cup condensed milk
1 cup sugar
2 cup white chocolate
2 tbsp gelating powder/paste or sheets
Gel food colors

Preparation:
Step 1 : Add water and gelatin sheet/ paste  and set aside.
Step 2 : Add water, sugar and condensed milk in a pan and heat over medium flame, stir ocassionally.
Step 3 : Allow it to simmer, when it simmers turn off the flame and add gelatin.
Step 4 : Pour the hot liquid over white chocolates and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
Step 5 : Whisk and stir till the chocolate gets completely mixed.
Step 6 : Sift to get rid of air bubbles.
Step 7 : Add gel food colors and stir until mixed.Keep it aside to cool down.
Step 8 : Glaze should be cooled down to 37 C or 90f when you pour it on a frozen cake.
Step 9 : Use a large tray to gather all glaze drips, place a bowl/cup/stand and on top of that keep frozen cake.
Step 10 :Pour the glaze and leave it to set for atleast 15 minutes.
Step 11 :Use a knife or a spatula to seperate the drips.
Step 12 :Transfer cake to fridge and let it set for few hours before you serve it.
